Fondly known as ‘Frankie’ this gorgeous larger than life gnome is actually called Reflective Lullaby by Gregor Kregar. Kregar reinterpreted this object of kitsch and transformed it into a captivating, monumental sculpture that has crowds captivated by his presence.
